The key was not only my limiting equipment but also the way I ran my business. To provide that next level service, I invest in my business 100%. I make sure to complete every job like it's my last and leave every one of my clients in disbelief of the outstanding service they just got. In my eyes, it's all about making the client feel ecstatic about the service. If I know that you'll feel appreciated and happy after my service then that should be the reason to over-deliver but I'll never tell my client that to their face. It's honestly the best surprise to find that one company you can truly count on. I might just be one guy with a really nice power wash trailer but c'mon, I try to keep things robust:)
